BWF Congratulates Ms Francesca Semoso, Member Elect for North Bougainville

Bougainville Women's Federation Congratulates Member Elect for North Bougainville, Ms Francesca Semoso. She ran the race together with three other Women Candidates; Joyceline, Roselyn Kenethe and Beverley Savia. The women ran against 13 male candidates.

The President of the Bougainvvile Womens Federation also congratulates Joyceline, Roselyn and Beverly for putting your hands up to contest in the North Bougainville By Election. This is history creation once again for the people.
